人工智能关系最密切的产业，如计算机的程序员被替代的可能性最大，大量的替代性比较小的岗位都集中在服务行业。　　因此，他指出，如果未来要创造更多的就业来应对人工智能的冲击，最大的潜力来自服务业。其中缺口最大的是医疗，尤其是护士。从世界平均来说，一个医师对应四个护士，我们每千人的护士比例低非常多，所以这是一个新的就业可能性。　　同时白重恩也指出，在教育方面，我国医疗服务教育占本科的比例远低于其他国家。教
